Q: How long does it take to remove a virus infection? A: One to two hours is usually enough. I'll also do a Windows cleanup at the same time. |
Q: Do you come to my home or office? A: Yes, I go wherever the computer is set-up. Remote access is also available. |
Q: I'm a busy person, do you pickup and deliver? A: Yes and you'll normally get your computer back within one or two days. |
Q: Do you have a shop? A: No, because I wouldn't be there much anyway. |
Q: Do you help with business software? A: Yes, Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and other speciality programs. |
Q: Can you help with my camera or other images on my computer? A: Yes. Many people are just starting with Ebay or sending photos to relatives and friends.

A: Yes. Most virus and spyware removal can be done remotely.
